Over the years considerable experience has been gained in many sectors but more recently in the specialist areas of Budget Hotels & Self Storage.

Outsourced consultancy service to occupiers / owner occupiers either on an individual basis or as part of a team of external advisors. This could be an additional flexible resource to the clients who have in house property executives or to provide that role to companies where the required expertise is not present. This could be on a retained basis or task specific.
Undertake property searches to identify suitable properties to expand a company’s activities.
Site acquisition service to developers on an individual or retained basis
Links with a network of similar property advisors & surveying practices where a more comprehensive service is required as is the case with the Travelodge arrangement for the Greater London area where 7 consultants are involved.
